DataCllect -- data collection software

DataCollect software is to suport Aeroel laser and others digital output tools, such as calliper, micrometer, height gauge and so on. In addition to provide basic SPC statistical controls chart. Also providing linking the Microsoft Excel sheet functionality, data can direct filling in the specified range of the Excel sheet cells. Its features are as follows.

1. DataCollect which can provide four small tools or one Aeroel laser to connection. System setting dialog box have two frame page. MuxLink(Callipers) and AEROEL(Laser).

MuxLink(Callipers) provides callipers, micrometer and other small tools to use. With the MUX-Std4 data processor (see appendix), which can provide four small tools to connection.



Aeroel (Laser) page is applies only to AEROEL laser. Check 【Enable】item, we began to set the computer communication port , data output parameter, the data effective numbers.



2. Real-time sample number display: Provided sample real-time calculate such as upper, lower, mean value, maximum, minimum,Cpk………….



3. Provide manually and automatic mode to retrieve data

The collection of measurement data are provide manual and automatic mode.

Manual mode need users to pedal foot switch or press tools data output button, before measurement data acquisition. Automatic mode can be setted by the DataCollect software, timing of quantitative data acquisition automatic.



4. Collection of measurement data can be archived (*. mc2), conversion into an Excel file (. Xls).  *. mc2 file which allows the user to open it and continue an additional measurement data.

   Click  to save file in Excel format, or   in *.mcd format. You may also use 【Open File】to open it and append new data to it.



5. Measurement data direct fill in Excel sheet Collect measurement data at the same time directly with Microsoft Excel sheet link, filling the data within the specified range.



Check【Fill in Excel】. It will opeing【Output to Excel file】dialog box. Selected Excel file that you want to filling data and checked the data filling direction, then click【Exit】to complete the setting. After, the measurement data will in accordance with the settings automatically fill in fields in Excel.



6. Provide the basic function of SPC charts, direct draw histogram, Xbar-R and Xbar-S charts, etc., and provides printing function.



Statistical Chart Drawing and Print

Click the item you intend to make report form (any data in the field available), click  or right key Pop-up menu to select【Control Chart to produce chart. In the Control chart aera click right mouse button to print it or change control chart mode.
