Mux-Std4

The MUX-Std4 data processor is suitable of Mitutoyo small-tools with digimatic output equipment. It transmits data from each connected tool and output ASCII Code to computer ( connet to RS232 port).

MUX-Std4 provide four connection channel ports and data collection software (DataCollect), measured data can be archived (mc2 format), saved as Excel file (. xls) or directly fill in the Excel sheet within the specified range. Mc2 format can be opened by the DataCollect software, and allowing users to add-in new data.

Mux-std4 feature

  1. Easy to operate, saving staff time of education and cost.
  2. Support all kinds of small-tools with digital output, such as caliper, Micrometer….
  3. Provide connections software; users do'nt need to write program code. Data can be directly connected to the Excel sheet.
  4. Each serial port on your computer can link four devices. It can automatically determine the data input channels.
  5. Data acquisition, you can use the foot-switch, the tool itself data output button or programs capture command.
  6. Provide real-time Multilingual switch
